Marye Blanche Noga Best went home to be with the Lord on March 8, 2017. Marye was born on July 24, 1947 in Daytona Beach, Florida. She was a loving mother, sister and aunt. Marye grew up in Daytona Beach, and graduated from Mainland Senior High School in 1965. She has been a successful local business owner for decades, committed to her patrons. Marye married Gary in July 1967. Married 28 years, they raised to two beautiful daughters together. She continues to be a loving partner and has shared her life with her boyfriend, Wesley for fifteen years. She has a great love and appreciation for the beach, to which she has frequently escaped the hustle and bustle to find peace. Her passion was her family and loved ones, to include her fur babies. Marye is survived by her daughters, Nicole M. Best and Stephanie J. Best (Lloyd); sisters Janice Carson(George) and Nancy Gabriel (Peter); and four nieces and nephews. A gathering of Family and Friends will be from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Lohman Funeral Home DeLand.
