Mrs. Mary Jane Striegel age 84 of Daytona Beach passed away at her home in Daytona Beach on May 4 2005. The family will be having private services.

Mary was born in Crafton PA on December 15 1920 to Stanly and Eleanor Kearns Mikulski. She moved to Daytona Beach in 1985 from Greensboro N.C.

A loving wife mother grandmother and great-grandmother; Mary spent her life devoted to her family and friends and her enjoyment of gardening golfing and doing volunteer work to help others in need.

She will be deeply missed by all that knew her. Now she is in a better place with her loving husband of 62 years Karl who preceded her in death.

Left to cherish her memories are her 2 daughters Deb Striegel of Daytona Beach and Pam & husband Tom Bringedahl of Bradenton FL; son Scott & wife Janet Striegel of Raliegh N.C.; grandson Karl Coats of Bradenton; granddaughter Julie & husband Todd Reider of Raleigh N.C.; granddaughter Michelle & husband David Hirsch of Wake Forest N.C.; greatgrandchildren Jack Reider and Sam & Andrew Hirsch; sister Lil Franz and brother Stan & wife Bev Mikulski.

God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered ?Come to Me.? With tearful eyes we watched you suffer and saw you fade away. Although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating hard working hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.
