Funeral Services for Mary E. Pozzo age 74 of Ormond Beach who died Sunday September 18 2005 at Halifax Medical Center will be Friday September 23 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Philip Egitto as the Celebrant. Her family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday September 22 2005 in the chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Ormond. Entombment will be in Daytona Memorial Park Daytona Beach FL following the services. Mrs. Pozzo was born April 4 1931 in Florham Park NJ to Joseph and Helen Hakos Budis. She moved to Ormond Beach in 1963 from New Providence NJ. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Mary enjoyed volunteering for local organizations cooking for her family and friends reading going to the beach and her pets.
Mary was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years Elvo Pozzo. Left to cherish her memory are her 2 sons Elvo Jr. of Daytona Beach FL and Chris of Ormond Beach FL a daughter Lisa Emmons of Gainsville FL 2 brothers Bob Budis of Louisville and Don Budis of Rockaway NJ and 2 grandchildren Candace Pozzo and Ryan Emmons.
