Mary Moody 90 of Palm Coast FL. passed away July 21 2011 at her home. All arrangements are under the careful direction of The Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast 220 Palm Coast Pkwy SW Palm Coast FL. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday July 25 2011 at 1 pm at the Palm Coast United Methodist Church 5200 Belle Terre Parkway Palm Coast FL. Mary was born in Mooresbridge Alabama. She attended Tuscaloosa County High School then University of Alabama earning her bachelor degree in Social work. She then lived in North Carolina Texas and New Jersey before settling into Palm Coast FL in 1985. Mary worked as a Social worker for the Forsythe County Government for many years. Mary was a devoted mother and wife to her family. She was a member of the A.A.U.W of Palm Coast T.O.P.S. of Palm Coast and U.M.W. of Palm Coast. She was a very active member of the Palm Coast United Methodist Church. Mary enjoyed spending time reading Biographies and watching her game shows on T.V. Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Fred in January of 2011 brothers Harold and Henry sisters Frances and Katie-Lou. She is survived by her daughters Cheryl Moody of West Palm Beach FL and Marilyn Moody Moore and her husband Phil of Selma N.C.
