Mary "Mean Mary" Edna Leonard passed away peacefully Friday August 20 2010 after a brief but courageous struggle with an illness at Halifax Hospital in Port Orange Florida. "Mean Mary" was 67 years old born in Baltimore MD on April 17 1943 daughter to Raymond Sraver and Margaret Petty Sraver. Left to cherish her memories is her husband of 40 years Charles "Tommy Tucker" Leonard of Port Orange FL; her sister Betty Hilte of Maryland; her niece & nephew MaryAnn Rhodes and Ronald Rhodes and son Tommy of Edgewater FL; numerous nieces and nephews friends & relatives residing in Baltimore MD; close friends Andy & Rika Farley of Port Orange FL; and Danny & Stephanie Kiernan of Port Orange FL; dear girlfriend Jo Smith of Port Orange FL; and her beloved dog Tucker. "Mean Mary" celebrated her life with lots of family & dear friends and enjoyed her time with them all especially when it came to BINGO. She was also a member and past President of the Ladies Auxiliary of Port Orange - Eagle Post 4089; and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Amvets Post 911 of Port Orange FL. "Mean Mary" and her husband "Tommy Tucker" moved to Florida from Baltimore in 1982 and since that time she served as a secretary to the State of Florida Child Abuse Division for over 22 years. A Memorial Service in honor of "Mean Mary" will take place on September 18 2010 at 1:00PM at the Port Orange Eagles Post located at 5130 S. Ridgewood Avenue Port Orange Florida.
