Mary Elizabeth Lovette, 86, of Deltona, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in Steuben County, Indiana, on August 2, 1939, to Harold R. and Frances Ella (White) Jenkins, Mary grew up with a strong sense of family and love that she carried throughout her life. She later married the love of her life, Bruce Lovette, and together they built a home filled with devotion and laughter.

Mary had a gift for caring for others. She found joy in cooking, gathering her family around the table, and cherishing every moment spent together. Known affectionately as "Nanny," she was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose heart was always open to those she loved. Her passions also included the simple pleasures of life—going to the beach, fishing, and creating arts and crafts that reflected her warmth and creativity.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bruce Lovette; her son, Roy Raymond Parish; her stepfather, John O'Brien; and her parents, Harold R. and Frances Ella Jenkins.

Mary's memory will forever be treasured by her daughters, Edna (Carl) Chambers and Cheryl (Romie) Vaught; her grandchildren, Jimmy (Tammie) Roberts, Maryjo Roberts, Telisa (Will) Chiarelli, Joe (Amanda) Roberts, Phylisha Roberts, and Danny Lee Mize, Jr.; and her great-grandchildren, James Roberts III, Adyn Jones, Austin Harriston, Brayden and Gamora Chiarelli, Mariah, Jordan, Sebastian, Lucas, and Alex Roberts.

Her love, kindness, and gentle spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
