Mary Lillian Lehotay, 79, of Ponce Inlet, Florida passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, March 20, 2017.
She was raised in Keansburg, graduated from St. Anne's Grammar School and Red Bank Catholic High School, and was employed for many years at Fort Monmouth, all located in Monmouth County, NJ. On May 14, 1960, Lillian and her husband Julius were married and began their life together in Aberdeen, NJ, where they raised their family.
In 1998, Lillian retired with Julius to Ponce Inlet. Some of Lillian's favorite pastimes were traveling (especially to Hawaii), cruising, reading, and cooking healthy recipes for her family. Above all, Lillian loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Julius Lehotay; son Richard (Jeanne) Lehotay; daughters Julie (Mauricio) Martinez, Jennifer (Brian) Taylor, and Lauren (Doug) Gruber; along with 10 grandchildren - Matthew, Kelly, Marcus, Jovian, Liam, Ronan, Ryan, Andrew, Danielle and Nicole. She is also survived by her sister Elizabeth Stefanic, and her nieces and nephew.
She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
