Mary Lou LaTour 80 passed away peacefully in her home October 12 2010. She was born March 1 1930 in Daytona Beach Fl. Services for Ms. LaTour will take place Wednesday October 20th 2010 at 10:00am at Baggett and Summers Funeral Home Chapel 736 S. Beach St Daytona Beach Fl. Mary Lou was educated and graduated from Mainland High School where she was ""Miss Mainland"" during her senior year in 1950. After which she attended West Georgia College in 1951. Mary Lou was a proud housewife for over 50 years. She was an experienced boat captain where boating was her favorite past time. She spent her summers in the Bahamas with her husband John. Mary loved to dance and she had a special love for nature and the sea. Arrangements are under the direction of Baggett and Summers Funeral Home Daytona.
