It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Mary Kwiatkowski, 89 of Port Orange, Florida. She passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Indigo Manor, Daytona Beach.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 7th from 9:30 - 11:00 am followed by funeral services at 11:00 am at Lohman Funeral Home; 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach. Interment will follow at Volusia Memorial
