Mary Kathleen (Hemby) Vincent passed peacefully on August 28th in DeLand, Florida.
This loving great grandmother was born in Okeechobee, Florida and would have celebrated her 79th birthday this October.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, September 2nd at Lohman Funeral Home, 935 East New York Avenue in Deland with visitation beginning at 10:00AM followed by the service of remembrance at 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you consider a donation in Mary's name to St. Jude's Children hospital, 501 St.Jude's Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 or to the charity of your choice.
Kitty, as she was lovingly called, was a resident of Deland for 60 years. Deland is where she met and married the love of her life, Charles Vincent, who preceded her in death. She leaves her loving memories with their two daughters, Vicki and Angela, 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 3 brothers and one sister.
