Mary Golgowski, 83, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was born on March 31st, 1942 in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Golgowski. She is survived by her son, Joseph Richard (wife, Charlene); son, Martin Richard (wife, Theresa); son, Timothy Richard (wife, Diane); son, Andrew Richard (wife, Tracy); son, Glen Richard (wife, Elizabeth); son Theodore Richard (wife, Jennifer); brother, Kenneth Holliday (wife, Mary); brother, Donald Holliday (wife, Lynn); 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many other extended family and friends.

After Mary's early years in Massachusetts, her family moved to Dayton, Ohio where she met her first husband, Robert L. Richard. They moved to Pittsburgh, PA, started a family and then moved to Ft. Lauderdale in 1969. After divorce with Robert, Mary went on to get a Bachelor's degree at Florida Atlantic University in 1981 and began a career in sales. She married Gary Golgowski and moved to Pottstown, PA, returning to Florida (Ormond Beach) in 1996 where she enjoyed a very successful career in real estate, winning several awards. She belonged to the Tillandsia Garden Club, she was active with Toastmasters, she volunteered for the hospital and Hospice. Mary enjoyed gardening, traveling, cooking, long walks and spending time at the beach. She will be remembered for her kind heart, generous nature and the love she showed to everyone around her. She was a truly remarkable mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend.
