Mary Heymann Gilbert passed away on November 14, 2016. She was born June 5, 1942 in McComb, Mississippi to Andrew and Wilma Heymann. She has been a resident of Ormond Beach since 1974. Mary worked as a Secretary for the Volusia County School System until her retirement in 1994. She enjoyed playing bridge and creating beautiful artwork in the form of cross-stitch.

Mary is survived by her loving husband, Alan D. Gilbert, her daughter Carolyn Holland, son Keith Kluwe, stepsons David and Harry Gilbert, six grandchildren, and brothers Andrew and Matthew Heymann. She was predeceased by her sister Christine Francis.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond chapel, 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach, FL 32174.
