Mary Rose Conroy 92 of Port Orange passed away on November 30 2011 at her home in Countryside Lakes. Mary was a graduate of Penn State University and a former computer analyst with the U.S. Navy. She was born in Philadelphia PA on January 16 1919 but was a longtime resident of Port Orange having moved here in the 1970's with her husband William Joseph Conroy deceased. She is survived by her daughter Mary E. Quap and son-in-law Curt W. Quap of Houston TX; her son Robert L. Conroy and daughter-in-law Elizabeth A. Conroy of Lansdale PA; her many great-grandchildren grandchildren nieces and nephews and her many caring friends in the community especially at Countryside Lakes. Her family appreciates the care she received from the staff at Countryside Lakes and the caregivers from Haven Hospice. A memorial mass will be offered at the Catholic Church of the Epiphany in Port Orange on Tuesday December 6 2011 at 9:30 a.m. and a memorial service is being planned at Countryside Lakes next week.
