A memorial service for Martha H. Noeldechen 88 who passed away at her home on February 25 2011 will be held on Monday February 28th at 3:00 pm at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond 733 West Granada Blvd. Martha born on March 2 1922 in Brooklyn NY to Harry and Pauline Towler. She moved to the Ormond Beach area in 1985 from Tuxedo NY She was a member of the Wives of Pearl Harbor Survivors and the Submarine Veterans of WW II Aux. She was a homemaker a substitute teacher and a Deputy Town Clerk in Tuxedo NY. During WW II she worked at Republic Aviation wiring bombs. Martha enjoyed the outdoors fishing hiking roller skating she enjoyed golf and was a member of the River Bend Country Club. Mostly she loved being with her family.
She is survived by her best friend and husband of 68 years Eric Noeldechen Ormond Beach daughter Cynthia (Peter) Weishaar Winter Springs FL three sons Eric (Debra) Noeldechen Farmingville NY John (Dawn) Noeldechen Eagle Bridge NY and Arthur Noeldechen Washingtonville NY by ten grandchildren and four great-grand children.
Memorial Donations may be made in her memory to The VFW or the American Legion.
