Marjorie Boell Proven, of Deltona passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2015. She was born on August 26, 1918 in Brooklyn, NY to Edward and Anne Boell.

Majorie was a homemaker for many years and later retired from JC Penny's. Margie enjoyed reading, dancing, playing cards, cross country skiing which she won a Gold medal in the Senior Olympics. She loved taking children to the movies, parks, museums, and the Denver Zoo.

She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Reid Proven and daughter-in-law Karen Proven. She is survived by her children T.R. (Carol), Ron and Suzanne (Rafael) Martinez. "Grammy" had 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 4:00pm at Lohman Funeral Home Deltona Chapel, 1781 Providence Blvd. Deltona. Please share a memory with the family through this online guestbook.
