Marjorie M. Balch born on March 31st 1927 to Harley Moulton Sr. and Bertha Hudson Moulton in East Charleston Vermont passed away on Monday February 25 2013 at her home under the care of visiting Nurses/Hospice and family care. Marjorie retired in 1986 from Pratt & Whitney United Technologies after 33 years of service. She always had a strong work ethic and over the years received citations from United Technologies for 3 years of no tardiness or absenteeism. Upon retirement in 1986 she and her husband moved to Port Orange Florida. During their retirement years Marjorie enjoyed their traveling extensively throughout all of the United States and most of Canada. She liked to see new places and meet new people. Marjorie is survived by her husband of 58 years Harold Balch and her 4 daughters; Judith (Ed) Rosenberg in CT Patricia Balch Cathy Talanian and Janet (Nick) Girgis in CA. She has 3 grand-children 4 great grandchildren and 4 step great grand-children. Marjorie was survived by her sister Marilyn Hardy Charlene (Robert) Maxwell Connie (Don ) Basic Ronald (Judy) Moulton and Pearl (Stanly) Wright; Pre-deceased by Harley Moulton Jr. Beverly Bowen and Dale Moulton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Marjorie was best known for her extensive nursery work in various churches over many years of which she enjoyed immensely. She is currently a member of the Family Worship Center in Port Orange Florida and was a previous member of the Calvary church in South Windsor CT for 25 years.The funeral services are to be held on Saturday March 2 2013 at 12:00 P.M. The family will received guests at 11:30 A.M prior to the service held at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona 1423 Bellevue Ave Daytona Beach Florida presided by Pastor Ray Dubois .
