Margarita Garcia, age 75, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2026, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in Puerto Rico, Margarita carried her heritage with pride and warmth throughout her life. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life was defined by love, humility, and resilience. She is survived by her beloved husband of 22 years, Cesar Leon; her daughter, Venus Cruz; her son, Ludwig Cruz; her cherished grandson; and her children by marriage through her union with Cesar.

Margarita will be remembered for her gentle nature, her devotion to family, and her quiet strength. She had a calming presence and offered comfort to those around her through kindness and patience.

Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of Margarita's life on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Lohman Funeral Home, 1423 Bellevue Ave., Daytona Beach, FL 32114. A wake service will be held at 5:30 PM.

A funeral Mass will take place on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Basilica of St. Paul Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park, Daytona Beach, Florida.

Condolences, including flowers, cards, and sympathy baskets, may be sent to the funeral home and will be received on Sunday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
