Margaret "Jody" Timmer Sperry passed away Thurs. Sept. 20 2012 at the age of 91. Born in Green Bay Wisconsin to the late Elbridge and Harriet (Bell) Jacobi Jody was a homemaker and later in life also enjoyed a career as a mental health counselor. In 1987 she and her late husband John retired to Florida where she practiced yoga swam regularly and made many friends. Jody is survived by her sons Michael Timmer (Robyn Feld) and Stephen Timmer (Karen) and five grandchildren. The family thanks Christine Butcher as well as Vitas Hospice for their wonderful care. A memorial service for family and friends will be held in Dayton Ohio at a later date. Memorials preferred to Doctors Without Borders or donor's choice.
