Graveside services for Mrs. Margaret L. Rawlins 65 of Daytona Beach who passed away peacefully at home Friday June 9 2006 will be 10:00am Wednesday June 14 2006 at Volusia Memorial Park Ormond Beach. A visitation will be held at the chapel of Baggett & Summers Funeral Home from 7:00pm to 9:00pm Tuesday June 13 2006.
Mrs. Rawlins was born November 12 1940 in Detroit Michigan to Roy and Marie Raley. She moved to Daytona Beach with her family in 1946. Margaret attended Maitland High School where she was a Head Majorette graduating in 1958. Later she met and married Harrell ?Benny? Rawlins on December 12 1960 and they have lived in Daytona Beach ever since. Margaret was a member of the Ormond Beach Union Church and enjoyed crafts quilting and fishing.
Those who will lovingly remember Margaret include her husband of 45 years Harrell B. Rawlins Daytona Beach two sons Harrell R. Donna Rawlins Lake Helen FL Roy A. Carol Rawlins of Daytona Beach a brother James E. Raley Archer FL a sister Karen E. Roeder Ormond Beach seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
