Margaret L. Prescott 87 of Palm Coast FL. passed away November 9 2009 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House following a lengthy illness. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday November 18 2009 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 4600 Belle Terre Pkwy Palm Coast FL at 11:00am. Born April 20 1922 in Sheldon South Carolina she grew up and lived most of her life in White Plains New York. She graduated from White Plains High School White Plains New York and continued her education at Wilberforce University Wilberforce Ohio. Ms. Prescott was the Supervisor/Manager of the computer programming Department for the City of White Plains White Plains New York before retiring and moving to Palm Coast Florida in 1991 with her husband Hilton. She was an avid golfer and bowler and was a past member of The Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary of Palm Coast Florida was a member of the Ladies Guild at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church Palm Coast Florida and played a previous significant role in the New York Social Club of Palm Coast Palm Coast Florida in which her husband Hilton E. Prescott was one of the club's past presidents. She is survived by her daughter Deborah N. Prescott of Palm Coast Florida. Margaret L. Prescott was preceded in death by her husband Hilton E. Prescott.
Interment will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery White Plains New York.
