Margaret "Peg" Conway LaRow 78 of Ormond Beach passed away Tuesday January 22 2013. A Memorial Mass will be held in her honor Friday February 1 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Brendan Catholic Church 1000 Ocean Shore Blvd. Ormond Beach FL 32176.
Peg was a native of Newburgh New York. She achieved her Registered Nursing degree from Georgetown University. While at Georgetown Peg met the love of her life a young medical student Leo LaRow. The couple married and started their family of six sons. Peg was a full-time mother to their boys. The family moved to the Daytona Beach area permanently in 1986.
Peg and Leo had a loving marriage of 54 years. Home life and being together was their priority. Peg's love of animals brought a menagerie of dogs to their home. Squirrels flocked to Peg's yard for her attention.
Peg will be sadly missed by her husband Dr. Leo LaRow by her sons: Mike LaRow (Cindy) of MA Mark LaRow (Mary) of VA Greg LaRow of VA Andy LaRow (Marion) of VA Tim LaRow of FL and Dan LaRow of CT. Peg is also survived by eleven grandchildren. Peg was a kind and loving person and will be missed by all who knew her. Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Homes Ormond.
