Margaret Shaw Dunn, 93, a former longtime resident of Ormond Beach, passed away on October 26, 2016 in Gonzales Louisiana. A Private Service was held in her memory. She was born on March 28, 1923 in Jacksonville, Florida. She moved to the Daytona Beach area in 1948.
Margaret was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church of Daytona Beach. She was past president of the Junior League Services in Daytona Beach, former president of the PTA at RJ Longstreet Elementary School, and a volunteer with meals on wheels. She was an avid animal lover.

Survivors include her two children, Phil (Susan) Shaw Jr. of Spofford, NH and Dee (Chip) Chaney of Gonzales, LA; three grandchildren, Andre Shaw, Kevin Shaw and Kyle Chaney and four great-grandchildren, Natalie Shaw, Gabrielle Shaw, Michael Shaw and Keagan Shaw.
She was predeceased by her first husband, James P Shaw, Sr., her second husband, James R. Dunn and her siblings.
Memorial Donations may be made to The Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranch, ASPCA or to the American Cancer Society.
