Funeral Service for Magee Broker 63 of Ormond Beach who passed away on May 12 2011 at her residence will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday May 16 2011 in The Ormond Beach Chapel of Lohman Funeral Homes 733 W. Granada Blvd. The family will receive friends from 12-2:00 P.M. on Monday May 16 2011 at the Funeral Home.
Magee was born on August 3 1947 in McLeansboro IL to Charles and Doris Davis. She was raised in IL and attended The University of Illinois. She then received her nursing license. She had a passion for the medical field like no one else.
In 1984 along with her husband she moved to this area from Carbondale IL.
She will be remembered most for her great sense of humor her strong will to live and for her compassion. She always put everyone before herself and just had that personality that everyone loved.
Her family meant the world to her.

She is survived by her beloved husband Larry of 35 years whom she married on August 30 1975; son Matthew of Jacksonville Beach FL; daughter Dara Broker of Orlando; two grandchildren Micah and Kayden Broker of Jacksonville Beach and her mother-in-law Frieda Hoover of Carbondale IL.
She was predeceased by her parents and her brother Chuck Davis.
