Memorial Services for Marga Tand age 89 of Deland who passed away at her step-son?s home in Deland on Sunday December 5th will be 11:00am Thursday December 9th at Hugh Ash Manor Deland.
Mrs. Tand was born February 10 1915 in Hanover Germany to Henry and Hannah Niemann. She moved from Germany as a young woman to the U.S. living in Tavaries FL and settling in Deland 15 years ago. Mrs. Tand was trained in infant nursing but was a homemaker most of her life.
Marga enjoyed crafts and classical music.
Those who will miss Marga include a son Peter Tand Florida step-son Michael Peg Tand Deland FL a sister Gertrude Conradi Germany and two nieces Edith Bennett PA and Helga Kreuzer Germany.
