Marcia Alice Trygar age 90 of Edgewater went to her heavenly rewards on Friday July 20 2012. A memorial service in her honor will be held: Sun. 07/29 4:00 PM at First Assembley of God 551 South Kepler Rd. Deland Interment will be later at Mt. Cobb Memorial in PA.
Marcia was born in Mt. Cobb to Homer and Pearl Butler; she dedicated her life as a homemaker wife and mother. She was a sweet country girl" with a green thumb talent for canning and an expert sewer. She enjoyed crocheting and making blankets bonnets and baby clothes for the Dorcas Room and missionaries with her church Calvary Christian Center South. She and her husband fostered over 20 children of all ages in 25 years spreading their love to them in need. Her beloved husband of 54 years Michael Trygar 2 sons Donald and Gerald 2 brothers; Lester and Ernest Butler and a grandson; Steven preceded her in death.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory 5 sons: Richard (Thelma) Trygar David ( Sue) Trygar Author Trygar Joe (Lisa) Trygar and Larry Trygar 1 daughter; Marcia (Scott) Ring 3 bothers; Raymond (Ester) Butler Clarence Butler and David (Virginia) Butler 2 sisters: Dorothy Wallace and Jean (William) Elston. 12 grandchildren 24 great grandchildren 1 great great granddaughter and her extended loving church family.
