Marcia G. Brant 82 of Palm Coast passed away Saturday August 8 2009.
Originally from New York NY she moved to Palatine Bridge NY with her husband Russell Brant. There they owned and operated a bar and grill and raised their family. After retirement they relocated to Palm Coast in 1991 where they spent many wonderful years together. Marcia was an avid reader loved to cook and enjoyed playing cards and growing roses and African violets. She was a devoted wife mother and grandmother. She was an eternal optimist and the "rock" of our family. Marcia was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Bunnell Loyal Order of the Moose of Palm Coast and faithful member of Christ Lutheran Church of Palm Coast. Her husband Russell to whom she was married for 51 years predeceases her. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Roy and Jan Brant and loving grandson Evan Brant of New Smyrna Beach. Family will receive friends at Lohman Funeral Home in Palm Coast 220 Palm Coast Pkwy. Palm Coast Thursday August 13 at 1:00 P.M. with a Memorial service to follow at 2:00 P.M.
