Dr. Manuel P. Villaflor physician affiliated with Halifax Hospital 82 of Ponce Inlet passed away peacefully at home on Friday October 29 2010. A Visitation will be held on Thursday November 4 2010 at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona 1423 Bellevue Avenue from 6pm until 8pm. Funeral Services will be held on Friday November 5 2010at First Presbyterian Church 620 South Grandview Avenue Daytona Beach at 10am. Interment will follow the service at Lohman Cemetary 1423 Bellevue Avenue Daytona Beach. The family will receive guests at the funeral home following interment.

Manuel was born on March 2 1928 to the late Mauricio and Felicidad (Purisima) Villaflor in Manila Philippines. Dr. Villaflor was a retired family practice physician who was dedicated to and beloved by his patients. He was a devoted husband father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family. Dr. Villaflor lived with a debilitating stroke for 26 years but inspired others with his mind and spirit. He will be truly missed and always remembered.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 57 years Aurora Villaflor daughters Donna (Jim) Dlubac Cheryl (Jeff) Player Esther (Dean) Wilson Fay (Stuart) Sargent Regina (Bill) Paris grandchildren Alpha Mei Katherine Chris John-Paul and many extended family members and friends.
