Funeral Services for Paul Bigham will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday July 28 2011 at First United Methodist Church 336 South Halifax Dr. Ormond Beach. Interment will follow in Volusia Memorial Park 550 N. Nova Road Ormond Beach FL. A visitation will be held from 5-7 P.M. on Wednesday July 27 2011 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond.

Madison "Paul" Bigham 63 of Ormond Beach passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with ALS on July 24 2011 at his residence. He was born on April 21 1948 to Sidney and Eleanor Bigham. He was raised in Tallahassee FL where he graduated from Leon High School. After serving his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam era Paul graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. In 1985 he moved to the Ormond Beach area where he worked as a Pharmaceutical Rep for 34 years retiring in November 2009.

Paul was a member of First United Methodist of Ormond Beach and Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He was an avid outdoorsman loved nature and physical fitness.

His love of coaching touched many children and parents lives as he spent many years coaching youth baseball and softball in Ormond Beach.

Survivors include his loving wife of 37 years June; his three beautiful daughters who meant the world to him Stacey (Patrick) Opalewski and their children Jaxon Rhett and Madison all of Ormond Beach Emily (Jason) Munday and their son Benjamin of Charleston SC and Rebecca (Todd) Hendrickson of Apopka FL; Brother Sidney (Libby) Bigham Jr. of Tallahassee FL; Sister Rosalind (Ed) Ekermeyer of Babylon NY; Father and Mother-in-law Bert and Evelyn Alexander of Apopka FL and sister-in-law Judy (Jack) Davis of Apopka FL.
