Funeral Service for Madeline M. Boyle who passed away on Friday October 28 2011 will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday November 1 2011 in The Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond 733 W. Granada Boulevard Ormond Beach FL 32174. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. til the service begins at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow the Services in Daytona Memorial Park 1423 Bellevue Avenue Daytona Beach FL. Madeline Boyle 97 of Ormond Beach was born on April 17 1914 in New York City to Nicholas and Gertrude Kenney. She retired in 1976 after 47 years with New York Telephone Company. In 1978 she moved to Davie FL from New York to be closer to her daughter and then in July 2000 she moved to this area from Davie FL. She was a dedicated member and very active on the fundraising committee of St. David Catholic Church in Davie FL. She also was a lifetime member of The NY Telephone Pioneers of America. Madeline was a very loving generous lady. Her family and friends were the most important aspect of her life. You could not ask for a more devoted and loving mother grandmother aunt and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years John Boyle whom she married on June 1 1935 on July 10 2008. Survivors include her daughter Barbara Kelly (niece) of Ormond Beach FL; son Gerald Boyle of Summerfield FL; three grandchildren Elizabeth Adams Gerald Boyle and John Boyle; and two great-grandchildren Peter Adams and Nicholas Adams.
