Lynda L. Scapino, 70 of Pierson, formerly of Dowagiac, MI, and Dolton, IL, passed away on May 16, 2013. She was preceded in death by her mother Violet M. Aurand. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years John Scapino; her beloved children: Christine (Gary) Moore, John (Mary) Scapino, Joseph Scapino, and Amy (Jeffrey) Scapino; siblings: Gail (Jerry) Brown, Keith (Pat) Aurand, Douglas Aurand, Susan (Kevin) Kelly, and sister-in-law Margie Evans; her four grandchildren: Mary Lou, John, Nick and Michael; many nieces and nephews and her MIKO.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday May 21st between the hours of 4-7 pm with a funeral service at 6:00 pm at Lohman Funeral Home; 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach. Additional services will be celebrated in Illinois.

Those who were blessed by her love learned the true meaning of love trust loyalty and charity. In honor of this beautiful soul nurture the wounded spirits extend a hand to the needy protect your loved ones enjoy the beauty of nature and above all else LOVE.
