Luisa Justiniano 87 years young of San Germ¡n Puerto Rico passed away on May 7 2011 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice in Palm Coast Florida. A visitation and viewing will be held on Wednesday May 11 2011 from 5 p.m. until the funeral service at 7 p.m. at Lohman Funeral Home 220 Palm Coast Pkwy SW Palm Coast Florida.
Luisa was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She moved to New York at age 21 married twice raised two boys Rafael Carattini Jr. and Harvey W. Serrano in Philadelphia. PA. She finally settled in Jacksonville FL in 1991. Luisa was raised as a Catholic woman but raised her two sons as Baptist Christians and became members of the St. Johns Baptist Church in Philadelphia PA. She worked for the American Baptist Convention a Christian publisher. Luisa is best remembered for her infectious bubbly personality good humor and practical jokes. She was preceded in death by her two husbands Rafael Carattini Sr. Julio Serrano and her Brother Angel Luis Justiniano. She is survived by her two sons Rafael Carattini Jr. of Tossa de Mar Spain and Harvey W. Serrano of Palm Coast FL.
