Louise F. Sinigoi, 84, of Ormond Beach, FL passed away May 29, 2015 at the Ormond Beach Care Center. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 6th at 4:00 pm at Lohman Funeral Home; 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
Louise was born July 1, 1930 in Lakeland, Florida to Ludd and Clara (Helmkampf) Spivey. She received her Bachelor's in Education from Florida Southern College and went on to earn her Master's in Education from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. She taught at Norland Elementary school in Miami, FL as well as teaching and counseling at Oak Ridge Elementary in Hollywood, FL. She attended Tomoka Methodist Church Ormond Beach, and was one of The Trails Homeowners Association Treasurers. She enjoyed outdoors, camping, the beach, animals, especially her dogs and cats, most of all she was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. .Louise is survived by her husband of 60 plus years, Roger Sinigoi, Ormond Beach, her son Roger Sinigoi, Jr. of Melbourne Beach, FL, four grandchildren, Ryan Cole, Curly Sinigoi, Anthony Sinigoi, and Kyle Cole as well as two great-grandchildren, Van and Marina. She was preceded in death by her parents as well as a daughter, Nancy Cole and a son Thomas Sinigoi.
