After graduating from high school Lou enrolled at Kent State University where he studied for two years toward a Secondary Education Degree.
In 1995 Lou retired from a long career in banking. It was in retirement that he was able to pursue his passions of family time golfing music theatre and driving his little red sports car. His love of music and theatre eventually led him to a second career with the Seaside Musical Theatre in Daytona Beach where he worked until 2008. Lou was always very active. He volunteered for the Republican National Committee and was Treasurer for the HOA in Pelican Bay.
