Louis Robert Grego, 55, of St. Augustine, Florida, passed away on Saturday August 21, 2021 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born on April 26, 1966 in Islip, New York to the late Robert Louis and Margaret Frances Grego.
He is survived by his wife, Zumra Grego; two sons, Haris Basic and Adis Sadija; and his step-mom, Kay Shropshire.
