Lorraine Torregrossa, age 93, a resident of Daytona Beach, Florida passed into the arms of The Lord on Monday, November 19, 2018. Lorraine was born to George and Sophie Pavloer on April 8, 1925 in New York City, New York. She moved to this area in the early 1990's from Smithtown, N.Y. and quickly became accustomed to our beautiful beaches. She truly enjoyed her sunbathing time, swimming, oil painting, and her lifelong love of dancing, which she continued into her 90's; not only as a participant, but as an instructor as well. However, her greatest love was that of her family, all of whom will miss her dearly.

Lorraine was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Edward. Her memory will live on within the hearts of her daughter Joyce and son-in-law Barry Machin, her 3 grandchildren, Heather DiChiara (Joseph), Kevin Machin (Meghan) and Trevor Machin, and her 2 greatgrandchildren Christopher and Daniel DiChiara.

A Memorial Service will be held for Lorraine on Monday, November 26 at 3:30 p.m. at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona. Calling hours will be held from 2p.m. until the time of service. Those who wish may also share condolences here online.
