Lorelei C. (Belanger) Albino, 84, of Deltona, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at Halifax Hospice in Deltona.

She was born in Plainfield, Connecticut on July 4, 1938, a daughter of the late Theodore and Joan (Lemoine) Belanger. She was a resident of Deltona for the past 25 years, having previously resided in Jacksonville, Puerto Rico, and Rhode Island.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She graduated from West Warwick Junior High School in Rhode Island.

She married Jose A. Albino in 1958, and they were married 62 years before his death in 2020. They had one child together, David Albino, who was born and died in December 1959. They soon adopted their daughter Linda, who was the light of Lorelei's life.

Lorelei is survived by her daughter Linda Pierce of Illinois; granddaughters Gloriann Saucier of Illinois, Jacqueline Brindamour of Rhode Island, and Amanda Pierce and Kimberly Lastor of Ohio; and great-grandchildren Arielle, Isabella, Jessica, Alejandro, Gabriel, and Andrea. She is also survived by her brother Henry Belanger of Ocala and her sister Elaine Parker of Rhode Island; as well as nieces Lenore Pereira, Elise Ferrara, Susan Lavallee, and Lori Fontaine; and nephews John Caskey and Roger Chatell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, and sister Phyllis Chatell.
