Lola M. Trimble 82 of Port Orange FL died Tuesday at Halifax Medical Center. She grew up in New Hampshire where she developed her strong independent spirit before moving to Daytona Beach FL with her family as a teenager. She worked as a bookkeeper before retiring in 1960 to devote full time to caring for the family she loved so much. A visitation for Lola will take place Jan. 10 2011 at Baggett and Summers Funeral Home at 1pm and the Funeral service will immediately follow at 2pm. She leaves to cherish her memory; one son Dennis (Linda) Trimble of Port Orange; one daughter Denise Trimble of Hephzibah GA; one grandson Jeff Trimble of Nashua NH; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers her family requests donations be sent to the Halifax Humane Society 2364 W. LPGA Blvd Daytona Beach FL.
