Linda was born on January 25, 1949 to Edward and Ruth Fenning in Jersey City, NJ. During her early childhood she lived in Saddle Brook, NJ later moving with her family to settle in Cherry Hill, NJ in 1962. She attended Cherry Hill High School West, graduating in 1967. Upon graduation, she went on to study nursing at Thomas Jefferson School of Nursing in Philadelphia, PA, earning her degree in 1970. She furthered her education at La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA, earning a BSN in 1989.

In 1972, Linda married Alan W. Johnson with whom she would have two AWESOME children, Christopher and Rachel. Linda was very proud of her beautiful children. She raised her family in Collingswood and Williamstown, NJ moving to Brunswick, ME in 1994. After parting ways with Alan in 1997, she later returned to Atco, NJ in 2005 to be closer to her beloved sisters. Linda retired from her long career in nursing in 2015 where she had made countless friendships that she held near and dear to her heart. She would finally settle down in Palm Coast, FL in 2016 to be close to her daughter.

Linda is survived by her son Christopher T Johnson and partner Amy of Brunswick, ME; daughter Rachel A Cochran and husband David of Palm Coast, FL; sister Susan and husband Ed of Marlton, NJ; sister Diane of Berlin, NJ; and sister Janet and husband Glenn of Cornville, AZ. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Edward, mother Ruth, and brother Edward.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday 03/02/2023, 11:00 AM at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast, 220 Palm Coast Pkwy SW, Palm Coast, FL 32174.
