Linda S. Jalio, 74, of Ormond Beach, FL died Friday, August 21, 2015 at Florida Memorial Hospital. Born April 19, 1941 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of Philip and Gertrude L. (nee Szymanski) DiRocco. She attended Daytona Beach Community College and worked as a clerk at the Volusia County Sheriff's Office. She married Woodie John Jalio in January 2, 1965 and he preceded her in death in 1993. She is survived by two sons: Jason J. Jalio of Ormond Beach, FL; Brett P. Jalio of Daytona Beach, FL; Two sisters, Carole Lee and Kimberly Medio and by two grandchildren, Brittany L. Jalio and Brett Jalio Jr. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 10:00am at St James Episcopal Church, 38 South Halifax Rd., Ormond Beach, FL. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
