Linda Sanders Alexander of Daytona Beach, FL passed away peacefully on January 27, 2026 with her loving family by her side.  Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, family member and friend.  She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and unwavering devotion to her family.  Born in Hahira, Georgia, Linda lived a life filled with  compassion, generosity and strength .  She found great joy caring for her family,  she especially loved gardening, her grandchildren and her fur babies.  She is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years William R. (Bill) Alexander Sr., sons William R. (Ron) Alexander Jr., and James J. (Jarrod) Alexander, daughter Stacy Alexander Potter and her husband Dwayne, grandson William T. (Tyler) Alexander, granddaughter Arianna N. Alexander, brother Joel D. Sanders and his wife Cheryl and many loving family members.  Preceded in death by her father John S. Sanders, Sr., mother, Doris E. Sanders and brother John S. Sanders Jr.  The family would like to express special gratitude and much love to Shara Leininger for lovingly caring for our mother with compassion, devotion and sincere love.  Her kindness and care was a true blessing during this time.  Funeral services will be held February 6, 2026 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Lohman's Funeral Home in Port Orange, FL.  Graveside service will follow at Volusia Memorial Gardens in Ormond Beach, FL.
