LILLIAN ORSELLI DRUDI , 102 years of age, of Ormond Beach, formerly of North Palm Beach passed away peacefully on Monday January 17, 2022.

Mrs. Drudi secured her contribution to the "greatest generation" by being one of the first women to work in a facility manufacturing synthetic rubber used to aid the American efforts in World War II. As such, she attended evening courses in chemistry and chemical engineering needed to operate intricate equipment and plant operations; followed by business school.

Lillian was a sweet, kind, generous and compassionate lady with a great sense of humor. She always found the good in people no matter how difficult. Her marriage to U.S. Navy Veteran, Raymond R. Drudi, lasted almost 60 years until his death in 2008. Their marriage was a joy and inspiration to the children, Gregory (Julie) Drudi and Lorraine (Jerry) Upchurch; and the grandchildren, Anthony, Nicolaus and Michael Drudi and Melanie Upchurch Steinke. Her parents and two siblings preceded Mrs. Drudi in death.

Condolences and memorials will suffice by simply providing genuine acts of kindness to others and to the environment.
