Lieselotte R. Shelton (Lilo), 74 of Ormond Beach, went to be with The Lord peacefully after a long battle with illness on May 16, 2014. She lived her life gracefully with dignity and style.

Lilo surrounded herself with friends, and family. She loved to cook, read, decorate, play tennis and always enjoyed a good laugh. She worked in the cosmetic industry in Durham, NC before retirement to Ormond Beach, Fl.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Norman Thomas Shelton. Survivors are a daughter Sharon Brennan, and Edward Brennan of Roanoke, Virginia, son Norman Thomas Shelton Jr. (Tom) of Palmetto, Florida, grand-daughter Leigh Goodwin Wingo and Derek Wingo, and great-grandson Davis Shelton Wingo all of Roanoke, Virginia, and grandson Taylor Norman Conway All of Salem, Virginia.

The family would like to express sincere gratitude to the Staff of Indigo Palms, and VITAS hospice. Lilo will be placed beside her husband at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia at a later date. Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Ormond.
