Libbie Kathleen "Kathy" Sanchez, 66, of Palm Coast, FL passed away August 23, 2016. She was born February 4, 1950 in Spokane, WA.

Kathy will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter. She was a wonderful singer. She won pageants and titles with her talent and beauty. Kathy was also a tremendous homemaker. She loved crafts, cooking and baking. She was a combination of Martha Stewart and MacGyver. Kathy's true passion was her family. Kathy moved to Palm Coast to be near her daughter and grandchildren.

Kathy will be sadly missed by her adoring husband of 44 years, J. Eduardo "Eddie" Sanchez; by her daughter Meashell (Ron) Steinwehr; by her grandchildren: Bayley, 18; Masen, 15; Ella, 13; and Jack, 11; by her brothers: Les (Mary) Lively, Mitch Routh, and Randy Routh, by her sister Donna (John) Bennett; and by her mother Wanda Routh.

A Memorial Service will be held in her honor on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 5pm at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast. The family welcomes friends to gather one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House.
