On July 1st, 2017, Leta Cox Creggar left this earth for a better home. Leta was born July 23rd 1940, to Viola and Gerald Cox in Pulaski Virginia. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and friend; loved by all. Leta was a faithful church attendee and loved her Tomoka Christian Church Tuesday church family. She is survived by her husband of 58 years Bill Creggar, two sons Wesley and Wade, daughter in-law Missy, and grandchildren Kevin, Madison, Miranda, and Wyatt; the loves of her life. Leta is also survived by two brothers, Ted & Jerry Cox. She was preceded in death by her sister Arlene and brother Trent.
Leta retired from the State of Florida, Division of Blind Services, where she worked with the visually handicapped for 16 years. Leta and Bill loved to travel, wanting to see as much of God's creation as possible. Now Leta can view it all from her new home in Heaven. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday July 7th at 1:30 pm at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona with Rev. Ed Marshall officiating.
