Leroy "Tommy" Thomas 81, of Palm Coast, FL. passed away on November 5, 2013 at Flagler Pines Nursing Home, Bunnell, Florida. A Visitation will be held on Friday November 8, 2013 from 2pm until the Funeral Service at 4pm at the Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast.

Leroy was born in Tampa FL. and raised in Miami FL. He relocated to NYC at the age of 12, graduating from Cooper H.S. Leroy proudly served in the U.S. Army earning the Good Conduct Medal. He was employed as a bus driver for the NY transit Authority. He married Lucille White in 1975. Together they enjoyed traveling, especially their yearly trips to the Rocky Mountains. Leroy moved back to Florida in 1989. He will be remembered for his love of Fishing, Football, Golf and a good poker game. He enjoyed watching the Bethune Cookman games for the sport and the band. Leroy was a brilliant man with a great sense of humor whom had an unwavering love for his family, especially his grandkids. He will be sorely missed by all that knew him.

Leroy is survived by his beloved wife Lucille of Palm Coast, four children Jeffrey Thomas and Lenore Thomas of NY, and Shirley Green (William) and Maxine White (Moses) both of SC. Leroy was also the loving grandfather to his 7 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Donations in Leroy's name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
