"Lenny" Leonard A. Martin, 87, of Port Orange, Florida passed away Monday, July 8, 2024.  He was born on June 28, 1937 in Detroit Michigan and served honorably in the United States Navy.  Lenny enjoyed many activities including riding his motorcycle, fishing, hunting, singing karaoke, playing his harmonica and guitar, playing hockey, and flying R/C airplanes. Lenny deeply cherished spending time with his family and he looked for opportunities to serve the Lord.

Lenny is survived by his loving wife, Gay Nell Martin; son, David Martin; daughter, Tamara Martin Messina; son, Craig Martin; grandson, Jay Martin Laszczak; granddaughter, Michaela Rose Messina; great grandson, Lenox; adopted son, Robert Fletcher, numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Algernon and Rose Martin; brother, Kenneth Martin; brother, Robert Martin; and sister, Sally McNamera.

There will be a funeral service on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 1:30PM at Port Orange FourSquare Church located at 878 Taylor Road, Port Orange, Florida 32127.  The family will begin receiving guests at 12:30PM.  Interment will immediately follow at the Spruce Creek Fly-In Cemetery, Port Orange.
