Leon "Lee" Dowdee, III, 46, of Apopka, FL passed away at his home on May 18, 2016. Lee's Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, May 25th at 5:00 pm at Lohman Funeral Home, 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.

Lee was born to Leon Jr (deceased) and Diane (Kelley) Dowdee, January 2, 1970 in Daytona Beach, . He was a graduate of Seabreeze High School. Lee was a computer engineer for Florida Hospital in Orlando for 16 years. He enjoyed working out with weights, target practice, movies with friends, and talking politics.

Lee is survived by his Mom, sisters Sandra (Dan) Watts of Port Orange, FL, and Lani (Kent) Spradley, of Ormond Beach, Grandparents Buck and Jewel Kelley of Madison, FL as well as nieces and nephews, Samantha and Ryan Free, Jordan and Haley Snipes, and Carson Spradley, great-niece Lillianna Lira and cousin Joe Ivey, Durham, NC . The Kelley Family is very large with many living in the Daytona Beach and Madison, Florida area.
