A Memorial Service for Lee Grantz who passed away on Tuesday March 25 2008 will be held at 2:00pm Saturday March 29 2008 at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast 220 Palm Coast Pkwy SW Palm Coast FL. Born in Mineral Ridge OH on September 20 1939 to George & Gladys Grantz Lee was a retired Master Sergeant for the U.S. Air Force and also was a retired Systems Analyst for the Civilian U.S. Global Climatology Division in Asheville N.C. He received an undergraduate and Master Degree from Bellevue University and his hobbies included spoiling his two granddaughters and golfing with friends and family. He was a member of the Elk's Club in Palm Coast the Eagles Lodge in Omaha Nebraska and St. Johns Golf Club and was a class instructor for AARP. He was preceded in death by his parents his sister Sara Isenberg and two brothers David & George Grantz. Survivors include his beloved wife of 47 years Barbara; his son Lee of Omaha Nebraska; his daughter Lori Shelton & son-in-law Lyn Shelton of Wesley Chapel NC; his granddaughters Kayleigh Grantz of Omaha Nebraska & Tessa Shelton of Wesley Chapel NC; his brothers Paul Grantz of Scarbough Maine and family & Gerald Grantz of Girard OH and family; a sister-in-law Audrey Clark & her husband Bob of Oxford England and their children Debbie Ian Amanda Lisa and their families; a brother-in-law Malcolm Evans & his wife Pat of Oxford England and their children Robbie & Graham along with many other great-nieces and nephews.
