LaRue G. Shidel of South Daytona Beach went to her heavenly reward on Friday June 25 2010. A Graveside service followed by interment in her honor will be held at Wednesday June 30 2010; 11:00 AM at Daytona Memorial Park Daytona Beach FL with Rev. Ray Dubois officiating.

LaRue was born and raised in McKeesport Pennsylvania and dedicated her life to our Lord and her family. She served as a Sunday school teacher sang in the choir and volunteered whenever needed. She was a gracious lady devoted to her husband who loved children animals Christmas the back porch swing and the written word. She was a proud member of The Family Worship Center Church and formerly of Sea Coast Cathedral.

Her parents eight siblings and a son; David Shidel preceded her in death and she leaves behind to cherish her memory her broken hearted husband of 46 years; James Shidel a niece Nancy Childs and many loving: extended family children she raised her church family and friends. Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona.
