Larry W. King, 76, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away on Thursday October 14, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on November 17, 1944 in Roanoke, Virginia to the late Robert Lee and Thelma Pearl King. In 1964 he moved to the Ormond Beach area from Virginia and retired after 20 years as a Butcher for Winn Dixie, mostly at the Winn Dixie in Bellaire Plaza.  He also retired from Walmart in Ormond Beach after ten years and prior to that was employed for "White Acres" for ten years in Port Orange.

Larry was a Veteran of the United States Army serving during Vietnam.

He loved woodworking of which he was extremely talented.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Sarah; Daughter, Laura (John) King Leventis of San Juan, Capistrano, CA; Son, John (Jameane) King of Ormond Beach, FL; Six Grandchildren and One Great-Grandchild.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday October 23, 2021 in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home ORMOND, 733 W. Granada Boulevard, Ormond Beach, Florida .  Visitation will be held from 11:00am until the Funeral Service begins also on Saturday October 23, 2021 in the Lohman Funeral Home Ormond Chapel.  Burial will be held privately at Volusia Memorial Park.
